This website is operated by Streamline Media Group, Inc. (“Streamline” or “we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy will help you understand what information we collect, how we collect it and how we use it when you visit our website, listen to our podcast, play any of our games or take part in any promotional activities (the "Services"). We take your privacy very seriously and we ask that you read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information on:

  • the Personal Information we collect about you;
  • what we do with your Personal Information;
  • who your Personal Information might be shared with; and
  • your rights regarding the Personal Information you have provided to us.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by:

1. WHO WE ARE

Streamline Media Group, Inc., a Delaware Corporation having its principal place of business at 410 South Rampart Boulevard, Suite 390, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States of America is the data controller in relation to any Personal Information that we process about you and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable data protection laws, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”). As the data controller, we determine the purposes and how your Personal Information is processed.

“Personal Information” means any type of data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the users of our Services.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We may collect, receive, and process any information by which you may be personally identified or information that is about you, including your Personal Information, data and other details submitted, shared, or exchanged in connection with our Services. You may provide some of this information to us, for example by filling in forms, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. We may collect some of it through automatic means, for example by using cookies when you use the Services. The Personal Information we gather will depend on how you interact with us and which Services you use.

Information that you provide
  • information that you enter when you want to contact us for business development, press or events—for example, your name, last name, company name, phone number and email;
  • information, such as email address, that you enter in order to set up subscriptions to our newsletters;
  • information contained in any communications that you send to us by email or through the Services, including its communication content and metadata;
  • information that you enter when you enter a competition, promotion, sweepstakes, or survey or communicate with us. Depending on which of these Services you use, that information may include your name, mailing address, phone number, country of residency, age, email address and any general demographic info;

Streamline only collects Personal Information from you on a voluntary basis. If you choose not to submit Personal Information when requested, we may not be able to respond to your query (e.g., we will not send you our newsletter or give you more information about our business development or media). However, to simply access the Services you do not need to give us any Personal Information.

Information that we collect automatically

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your use of the Services. The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not include Personal Information, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service. The following types of tools may be used to collect your information automatically:  

Cookies:

We may monitor your use of the Services through the use of cookies and similar tracking devices. We currently use:

Google Analytics web analytics service. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this Services (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the Services, compile reports on Services activity for the Services operators and provide other services related to Services activity and internet use. HubSpot. We use HubSpot services for our marketing and sales optimization. HubSpot cookies allows to collect and evaluate data such as IP address, geographical location, browser type, duration of visit and subpages accessed. Using this data, HubSpot generates a report about your visit. Users remain anonymous to HubSpot unless the user has provided personal information through the submission of a form. Information that we receive from third parties

Sometimes we obtain information from third parties to use along with the information we collect. The information we receive from third parties is only statistical data and does not include Personal Information, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect in other ways. For example, we might receive information such as clicks, time spent, shares, impressions, audience, referral source etc.


3. HOW WILL STREAMLINE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to help us operate our business, provide and improve our Services, and to communicate with you. How we use your information will depend on how you choose to use the Services. Personal Information submitted to or collected through the Services might be used for the following purposes:

  • administering the Services;
  • personalizing or enhancing Services experience for you;

  • evaluating and improving the operation of the Services;

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve, administer and provide the Services to you.

6. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
When you are using our Services, some content or applications on the Services may be served by third parties, including content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different services and other online services. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. Streamline does not disclose your Personal Information to third parties serving ads or other content on the Services. You should be aware that while you are on our Services, you may be directed to links to other websites. 7. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED ABOUT THIRD PARTIES

If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you confirm that the other person has appointed you to act on his or her behalf and has agreed that you can:

  • give consent on his or her behalf to the processing of his or her Personal Information;
  • receive on his or her behalf any Personal Information protection notices;
  • give consent to the transfer of his or her Personal Information abroad; and
  • give consent to the processing of his or her sensitive Personal Information.

8. INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN
The age at which children can use our Services depends on the personal data protection laws of each country. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 or under the relevant age threshold in other jurisdictions where the child is located. 9. INTERNAL DATA TRANSFERS

It is our policy not to share, sell or rent your Personal Information to any company not directly related to Streamline or under our control. Streamline reserves the right to share your Personal Information with its subsidiaries and affiliates. Information that we collect may be stored, processed in, and transferred between any of the countries in which our entities and business divisions operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information that we collect may be transferred to the United States of America, Malaysia and the European Economic Area.

Further, Streamline may sell, transfer or otherwise disclose user information, including Personal Information, in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, the sale of substantially all assets, or other fundamental corporate change. Any such transfer shall continue to be subject to this Privacy Policy.


10. DATA RETENTION POLICY

The precise periods for which we keep your Personal Information vary depending on the nature of the information, why we need it and relevant legal or operational retention needs. We will hold your Personal Information on our systems for the minimum required retention period prescribed by law or recommended as best practice or until you actively ‘unsubscribe’ for the relevant Service, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Personal Information collected by us is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public and are only accessible by authorized Streamline employees, subsidiaries or affiliates; and
  • we have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your Personal Information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your Personal Information at your own risk.

We will only ask whether you would like us to send you messages when you tick the relevant boxes when you are asked to complete our online order forms.
