As a member of the QA/QC department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality standards that range from internal organization and documentation, to compliance to technical specifications, integration in client technology and general consistency. You will work closely with both the Art, Engineering and Design departments, preserving quality control from the technical, creative and workflow point of view, and will be expected to not only accurately convey your results to artists, engineers and managers, but also to constantly be attentive to methodologies that can be made more productive and efficient.

We are looking for people who have….

•	Experience with 3D and 2D graphics authoring programs (3DS Max, Photoshop…).
•	Experience with popular game engines (UnrealEd, Source…) and ease in learning proprietary engine technology.
•	Disciplined and thorough work methodology – QA/QC is there to catch the mistakes others let slip by.
•	Strong organizational, workflow and efficiency related skills – coping with present and predicted workloads, refining methodology, scaling up the system as complexity increases.
•	Articulate and concise verbal and written communication skills – must be able to quickly and accurately convey information and results of review to artists producing assets, management and team leads.
•	Game/Level design experience is always greatly appreciated.
