Streamline Studios is an independent developer and leading provider of digital content service solutions for the interactive entertainment industry. Along with creating its own IP, Streamline develops and implements cutting edge solutions to common issues faced by game developers worldwide. Since its founding in 2001, Streamline Studios has become a leading content creator in the videogame industry while providing service solutions for high-profile partners and franchises including Unreal Tournament 3 and Gears of War from Epic Games, Overlord from Triumph Studios, THQ’s Saints Row, James Bond 007: NightFire from Electronic Arts, and Red Storm Entertainment’s Ghost Recon 2.
Currently we are looking for bi-lingual Business Development Account Managers fluent in Spanish, Russian, (and/ or) Chinese with a minimum experience of 2 years within the Digital Content Creation segment of the video games industry. Qualified applicants will assist with developing and growing our service and IP business in North America and Europe with a focus on emerging markets such as Asia, Russia, and Latin America. A minimum of 1 year work experience in a US-based sales, customer support, or customer relations role is a must.

Well developed management, sales, customer support/ customer relations skills |
| |
Ability to work successfully internally and externally with multiple cultures with a keen understanding and work experience within the US customer support and sales services |

Excellent constraint management, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills |
| |
Strong analytical, communication, organization, and presentation skills |
| |
Ability and desire to travel frequently, with a valid passport and a valid driver’s license |
| |
Passion and extensive knowledge of and about the video games industry; specifically familiarity with the video game production and development process |
| |
Excellent verbal and written English language skills |
| |
Fluency in 2 languages other than English, preferably Eastern European, Asian, or Latin languages |
| |
Complete proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook |
| |
Experience with CRM and database management |
Your responsibilities include…
| |
Responsibility for the initiatives and achievements of the business development team and for their accounts. |
| |
Strategy and planning for account-specific partner relationships and initiatives, including managing, sustaining, and extending partnerships |
| |
Responsible for ensuring new service initiative are well-target accounts, assessing and recommending new initiatives for their accounts, and analyzing account partnership opportunities |
| |
Assist VP Business Development in forecasting relevant product sales revenue and expenses on a quarterly and annual basis |
| |
Demonstrate relevant knowledge of customer, pop culture, and entertainment industry trends; work with studio to continually update relevant products, processes, and practices to reflect customer and marketplace needs and opportunities based on timely and comprehensive industry and competitive analysis using all available data sources |
| |
Maintain and expand comprehensive CRM database encompassing all accounts. |
