Stefan Baier (Pipeline Architect/Lead Level Designer, Streamline Studios) will be presenting on the topic of case studies and development experience regarding next-gen Art Production.
GAMEplaces International 2008 is a conference focusing on business and game development for developers, producers and publishers, with the aim of creating a viable platform for knowledge sharing, co-operation and networking. In its second year, GAMEplaces will be showcasing some of the most important developments of the industry, with a special focus this year on production from the Netherlands, and so we highly recommend you attend this exciting new event.

Stefan Baier (Pipeline Architect/Lead Level Designer) of Streamline Studios will be presenting the keynote speech at Quo Vadis 2008 on the topic “The Future of Game Development - Industry Trends toward Co-Development Partnerships”, discussing our Studio’s unique experiences and preparations for the future that is fast approaching our industry.
The sixth iteration of Germany’s oldest and most important industry event will be taking place at Urania in Berlin from May 6th to May 9th, and will feature over 800 guests, 60 speakers and 40 international class workshops for several tracks and experience levels. There will be a great deal of industry veterans taking to the stage along with Stefan for valuable and informative presentations, making Quo Vadis not only one of the most educational events in Europe, but one of the best opportunities for networking, especially in the central European region .
This large-scale, high-quality event is extremely valuable for all games industry professionals, and we urge everyone who can to come and attend the speaking engagements, some workshops, and get some important networking done.
